The Regional Manager works within the Operations group and contributes to the workflow throughout all departments in the business. You will work to optimize daily activities and performance across the business. This position involves working well under pressure and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Strong time management and organizational skills are a must. Daily operations include, but are not limited to: Proven mentoring and leadership experience. Managing full and part-time staff. Assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to operation of the business. Providing recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance and efficiency. Technical knowledge. Keeping up to date with current market trends and industry forecasts. Schedule production based on demand. Coordinating with various departments and management to achieve optimal work production. Training, maintaining and implementing compliance, safety, and environmental programs.BENEFITS

Be at least 18 years old. High school diploma minimum. Have a valid driver's license Ability to work 8-10 hours per day 5 days per week. Occasional travel may be required. Prior experience in operations/logistics. Three to five years' work experience is preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and have a positive attitude. Enjoy a fast-paced environment with many moving parts Must be detail oriented, creative thinking, with strong problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create positive employee and customer relationships. Experience with petroleum operations or other similar industries preferredAccessibility:
