Banking Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $500MM community bank in Iowa in the search for a Regional Market President.
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the bank's presence within the regional market. Drive commercial lending production and portfolio growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and community leaders. Manage and mentor lending and banking team members. Contribute to overall market strategy, business development, and profitability. Ensure sound credit quality and adherence to bank policies. Represent the bank within the community and industry organizations.
Qualifications:
7+ years of commercial lending experience. Proven ability to generate business and grow client relationships. Prior leadership or management experience. Strong understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive market growth. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
