  • Full-time The Aubuchon Company is a 4th generation family company with 100+ retail locations that believes we don't need to choose between being a "mom and pop" and a modern-day competitor.
Our success is a direct reflection of the diverse, fun and ambitious team members who deliver "The Aubuchon Difference" every day as a true market differentiator. We are a high-performing, family company looking to expand our team with people who have Passion for the work we do and the Humility to learn and grow with us!

Job RequirementsWe're looking for a creative, energetic marketer who loves community, content, and getting things done in stores. As our Regional Marketing Coordinator, you'll bring local marketing strategies to life across your assigned region—planning events, building store-level capability, and making sure every neighbor knows the orange heart is in their community. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable behind a camera, in a store huddle, or behind a laptop coaching a team on SOCi. If you love social media, community engagement, and watching the work you do drive real results, we'd love to talk. Develop creative, engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, written copy) that resonates with your regional community and strengthens local brand presence. Partner with Store Leaders and store teams to plan, promote, and execute local events—serving as the primary event planner for larger-scale activations like grand openings, fundraisers, and seasonal campaigns. Build and drive a consistent regional event cadence (potentially multiple events per week across the region), ensuring each one aligns with brand standards and delivers measurable impact. Align marketing activities and event execution with our "Win the Month" priorities to directly support sales goals and traffic-driving initiatives. Create in-store signage, event materials, and custom marketing assets to support major initiatives and new store launches. Support execution of the SOCi Bundle strategy across your region—uploads, edits, captions, platform navigation, and troubleshooting for store teams. Coach store teams on SOCi best practices and help develop training materials that raise the bar on store-level social media execution. Monitor online reviews and ratings; draft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses and escalate sensitive feedback to the Marketing Manager. Act as a marketing ambassador in your region—identifying and mentoring store-based talent with a passion for marketing to build our future pipeline. Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered. 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, retail operations, or community engagement; store-level experience strongly preferred. Passion for social media, content creation, and community-based marketing, with a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business. Experience creating multimedia content (photo, video, written) using mobile and/or basic editing tools. Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple events, campaigns, and priorities at once. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you can collaborate with store teams, regional leaders, and marketing partners with ease. Comfort with technology platforms (e.g., SOCi or similar) and the ability to learn new systems quickly while supporting others. A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for branding, design, and customer experience.
  • Self-starter with high energy, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a regional role. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region. Benefits 401(k) with match program
