Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certification in a relevant specialty (Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine). A minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience with a significant focus in Occupational Medicine. Proven leadership experience (e.g., Medical Director, Lead Physician, or similar multi-site oversight role). Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Louisiana with eligibility to supervise APPs. Current, unrestricted DEA registration. Must be a Certified Medical Examiner on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) for DOT physicals.Preferred:
Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (ABPM). Significant experience supervising and mentoring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification. Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MBA) is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in business development and managing client relationships. Strong business acumen with experience in budget oversight or P&L responsibility.What We Offer:
