The Regional Sales Director - Gates is primarily responsible for selling products, services, and solutions to new and/or existing customers directly or through sales channels and establishing and/or maintaining customer relationships. You will make an impact by.... Developing a deep understanding of ADB Safegate's GATE product features, specifications, and benefits. Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to establish and expand GATE product sales within the designated region. Providing accurate forecasting and sales pipeline management. Establishing strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and influencers within the aviation industry. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and networking. Developing and implementing long-term account strategies for major clients, including contract negotiations, pricing, and term agreements. Collaborating closely with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure an exceptional sales-to-customer experience. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and provide regular progress reports. Attending and represent our company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events. The talent we want to inspire has... Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aviation or airport industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
