Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities in the DFW and surrounding area. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring asset value growth, maintaining high occupancy levels, and leading on-site teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple multifamily properties within the assigned region Manage and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to ensure strong performance and accountability Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and NOI Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and local regulations Review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; identify and address variances Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to enhance property visibility, increase traffic and leases according to monthly goals Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and retention through service excellence Monitor capital improvement projects and coordinate with vendors and contractors Support hiring, training, and performance management of staff across the portfolio Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and other regulatory requirements Some Travel to the Houston area required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Entrata preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Short -Term disability and Life Insurance options Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Account 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Mileage reimbursement Why Join Us At Landmark, we are committed to creating communities where residents feel at home and employees thrive.
