>. Our team of highly trained behavior analysts and technicians collaborates with families, schools, and communities to develop personalized behavior plans that promote growth and independence. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, working with children, and supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, assist with daily living activities, and collect data to monitor progress—all while fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment planning. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting, to support independence. Collaborate closely with supervising behavior analysts and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment delivery. Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy. Support clients during educational activities by applying teaching strategies tailored to their individual needs. Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages growth, confidence, and engagement for each client. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Knowledge of behavioral health principles, behavioral management techniques, and special education strategies is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and care plans related to behavioral health is advantageous. Experience in data collection methods used within ABA therapy or similar settings is required. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification is necessary; ongoing training in applied behavior analysis is encouraged. Strong interpersonal skills combined with patience, empathy, and a commitment to client well-being are vital for success in this role. $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
