Job Description

Certified Medication Aides (CMA) / Medication Technicians - Assisted Living Community We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate CMAs / Medication Technicians to join our Assisted Living team!
Pay:
$18-$19 per hour
Weekly Pay Available Available Shifts:
7a-3p 3p-11p 11p-7a
Position Summary:
The CMA / Medication Technician plays an essential role in ensuring residents receive medications safely, accurately, and with compassion. We are looking for team members who take pride in providing quality care while maintaining the dignity, comfort, and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs) Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of medications Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines Assist with routine monitoring such as vitals and weights Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
Qualifications:
Active CMA (Certified Medication Aide) certification in the state of Georgia Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and professionalism Compassionate and dependable team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about caring for others and want to be part of a supportive team, we encourage you to apply today!
