Bright Minds ABA is seeking motivated and energetic professionals to join our growing team in the Las Vegas Valley. Our second location will be in Henderson! We are hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in clinic, home and community settings. We are looking for professionals who really want to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Bright Minds ABA will provide initial training for new technicians and ongoing supervision from a BCBA/BCaBA. Our mission is to improve the overall quality of life of individuals and families impacted by autism by providing exceptional strength-based child and family-centered therapies and family supports based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We believe that our collaborative, supportive, team approach with a focus on developing clinical skills best serves that mission. Essential Functions Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by BCBA/BCaBA. Provide direct Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy in individual and group sessions. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress. Assist Supervising BCBA with implementing individualized goals and checklists. Collaborate with team members to promote consistency of interventions implemented with client. Maintain dignity and confidentiality for all clients. Maintain and protect the wellbeing of all clients. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors. Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders. Complete session notes and other paperwork on time and manage client PHI in accordance with HIPAA.The ideal candidate will:
Love working with children and making a difference Be a team player Have Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills Be able to implement programs in creative ways Have at least 1 year experience working with children/children with ASD (preferred) Be able to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate the ability to work with confidential informationQualifications:
Currently Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB Current/Active Nevada State License Access to reliable transportation, local travel required Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent The ability to work flexible, full or part-time schedulePhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 25 poundsWhat We Offer:
