Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and data collection protocols Demonstrated patience and enthusiasm working with children and adolescents Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of BCBAs and collaborate with educational teams Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students Collect and record accurate behavioral data as directed Assist in developing social, communication, and academic skills Provide one-on-one and small group support Participate in meetings, trainings, and parent communications as needed Adapt interventions to fit classroom contexts and student needs This contract role offers exposure to a variety of educational environments in Calhoun, Dalton, and surrounding north Georgia areas.
