Our mission is to provide high quality level behavioral intervention services to our clients. VBS offers a holistic approach to applied behavior analysis. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs in a variety of settings. RBTs work collaboratively with our entire clinical team to ensure treatment is effective and individualized to each client, following the plans written by the case supervisors (BCBAs). RBTs will provide direct ABA therapy to clients, working on communication, socialization, problem behaviors, and so much more. Responsibilities and Duties Provide direct therapy to individuals in clinic setting Collect, gather, and enter data as per the behavior plan and acquisition programs Meet with case supervisor as required to collaborate and for ongoing training and development Meet with team to collaborate and discuss cases assigned Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs as developed and written by the case supervisor Assist with functional behavior assessments and skills assessments Attend staff meetings Attend ongoing training and professional development Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities Must have a cleared Level-2 Background check Must have a High School Diploma Must have good written and verbal communication skills

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
