Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Afternoon/Evening Shifts | Beaverdam, VA $25-30/hour + bonuses | Part-time About EzCare ABA We're a family-owned ABA practice providing in-home and daycare center therapy to kids with autism across the Richmond area. We've grown from 0 to 18+ clients in 8 months, and we're looking for experienced RBTs who want consistent hours, competitive pay, and room to grow with us.

Consistent schedule: Weekly recurring sessions with the same clients (not session-to-session scheduling chaos) Weekend bonus: for Saturday/Sunday sessions Paid supervision: Your BCBA supervision time is compensated Grow with us: As we expand, you can grow into full-time hours and leadership roles (senior RBT, training coordinator, lead RBT positions) Small team feel: Work directly with leadership, your input matters Current priority: Afternoon/Evening availability (11am-8pm weekdays) Daytime hours also opening as we expand into daycare centers What you'll do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes and daycare centers across Richmond metro Implement treatment plans and collect session data Work with kids + adolescents (ages 1-21) and supportive families Participate in regular BCBA supervision (paid time) Contribute to a growing practice where you can make a direct impact What we need: Active RBT certification (BACB) 6+ months experience as a certified RBT Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Available for afternoon/evening shifts (12pm-8pm) Monday-Friday preferred Weekend availability a plus (Saturday/Sunday bonuses available) Richmond metro area or willing to commute What you'll earn: Base rate: $25-30/hour based on experience Paid supervision: BCBA oversight time is compensated Session length: Typically 2-4 hour blocks per client Schedule flexibility:

Part-time:

Start at 15-20 hours/week

Full-time:
