We currently have a need at the Windham School District for an RBT to care for a 3rd grader with autism and behavioral concerns. Looking to start as soon as possible, summer school from 7/6/26 to 8/6/26, and the next school year. Implementation:

Deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 behavioral support based on established clinical treatment plans.

Data Collection:

Accurately record data on client progress and behavior during every session to ensure clinical accuracy.

Skill Acquisition:

Assist clients with daily living skills, social integration, and communication goals.

Professionalism:

Adhere to all professional ethical codes and maintain strict client confidentiality (HIPAA).

Requirements Certification:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.

Education:

High school diploma or GED (Required).

Experience:

Preferred one (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Credentials:

Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.

Mobility:

Licensed driver with an insured and reliable automobile.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client mobility or safety protocols. Become Part of the Team!
