As a Behavior Technician, your role is to help children with Autism build communication skills, increase independence, and reach important milestones. You will receive strong support, consistent supervision, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
  • Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
  • Record accurate behavioral data
  • Support development of communication, daily living, and social skills
  • Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors
What We Require:
  • Strong reliability and communication skills
  • Patience, professionalism, and a commitment to learning
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
Additional Details:
  • Sessions occur in the client's home or community
  • Part-time position
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
