Job Description

Overview Join our Christian-based ABA clinic as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children. We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related developmental delays. Under the supervision of a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), the RBT implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and makes a meaningful impact every day. Duties Deliver individualized behavioral therapy sessions based on detailed care plans developed by BCBA-D, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management. Collect, record, and analyze data during sessions to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment strategies. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and other essential self-care tasks. Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in accordance with ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency across treatment environments and provide updates on client progress. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and adherence to confidentiality standards outlined by HIPAA. Support the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs within the scope of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans with consistency and accuracy
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed

Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
