Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Discover an exciting opportunity for Registered Behavior Technicians seeking a new contract role near Athens, GA! Two unique positions are available making an impact in school-based settings supporting students' social, behavioral, and academic success. The first position is a full-time assignment working 1:1 with a high school student, delivering direct ABA therapy and collaborating with educators and caregivers to create adaptive strategies for success. The second opening will likely offer full-time hours, floating among behavioral caseloads and classrooms that benefit from ABA-informed support. This dynamic role is ideal for an RBT who thrives on variety, teamwork, and making a difference throughout the school environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience providing ABA therapy, ideally in a school or pediatric setting Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in both 1:1 and group settings
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors Foster a supportive environment for students to achieve behavioral and educational goals Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families regarding student needs and outcomes Adapt interventions to multiple settings, from individual sessions to classroom support
