As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will have the opportunity to, Primarily work with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing 1:1 in-home, school, or community therapy Teach our clients to excel by coaching them in areas including, self-help, motor, play, social skills, behavior modification, academics and more Work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help each client meet their unique developmental goals while enriching their lives along with receiving support in pursuing your own skill set and career goals Promote from within the organization while pursuing your BCBA Qualifications Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home, school, or community setting, preferred. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (Autism preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred); if candidate has no degree, must be currently enrolled in college courses, or willing to enroll within 90 days (required) RBT Certification is required within the first month of employment. Positive ABA will provide guidance to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Online RBT Training course is required 2 weeks after an offer of employment is accepted and before before beginning active employment with patients.

Note:

The salary range listed is based on education, current certification and experience.
