Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. We work with kids so a fun loving personality is a plus! The ability to work while laughing is important! Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Perform dental prophylaxis, coronal polishing. Place dental Sealants. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in the dental operatory to meet health regulations. Some experience in pediatrics is a plus, but not mandatory. Skills Experience in dental assisting within a clinical environment is highly desirable. Ability to take accurate X-rays while ensuring patient safety. Strong organizational skills for managing medical records efficiently.
