We're Looking For A Growth-Oriented Team Player Who:
Has integrity and believes in doing the right thing Is compassionate for others and is focused on always providing their best Believes in open communication with a commitment to grow and learn Ability to work Monday-Thursday with a half day on Fridays Skills and Expectations High school or equivalent (Required) Dental Hygiene license in Tennessee Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Additional certification or training is an asset Ability to learn digital dentistry quickly Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus About Your Role Welcome customers in the dental office Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Take dental radiographs Periodontal Charting Charting existing restorations and missing teeth Adult and Child prophylaxis Scaling and Root Planing Sterilize instruments according to regulations Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records
