Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update dental charts for hygiene patients. Provide preventive services including fluoride treatments, sealants and other preventative agents Preform thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing. Chart periodontal health accurately. Educate patients on home care, nutrition, and preventive strategies to support long-term oral health. Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records. Partner closely with doctors and assistants to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

What We're Looking For:

A valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Dakota is required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and productivity. Strong clinical skills with an interest or experience in pediatric dentistry. A warm, energetic, and patient-centered demeanor. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents. Ability to build trust quickly and create positive dental experiences. Strong time management skills in a dynamic work environment.
