About The Ridge RTC The Ridge RTC provides residential psychiatric treatment for adolescents (ages 12-18) experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges. Our team delivers compassionate, evidence-based care in a structured residential setting where teens can stabilize, heal, and grow. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our day shift clinical team supporting adolescents in treatment. Schedule Day Shift:

3 days per week with every other weekend rotation 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM Responsibilities Monitor and document vital signs and patient health status Conduct nursing assessments and respond to medical or psychiatric needs Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records Complete clinical documentation and progress notes Support patient admissions and care coordination Work collaboratively with therapists, psychiatrists, and treatment staff Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance standards Qualifications Active RN license in good standing Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or adolescent care preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a team-based treatment environment Join Our Mission At The Ridge RTC, our nurses play a vital role in helping adolescents stabilize, build resilience, and move toward recovery.
