Job Description

Southern Ohio Premier Recovery (SOPR) is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by Substance Use Disorder (SUD) through evidence-based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). SOPR is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals struggling with mental health challenges and substance use disorders to help individuals achieve lasting recovery. Our interdisciplinary team focuses on empowering patients to achieve wellness and functional independence in a safe, supportive environment. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)to join our growing behavioral health and SUD team. This role offers a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in recovery while working in a collaborative and team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Medical Director and Clinical Staff to support MAT services. Administer medications and monitor client response to treatment. Conduct nursing assessments and ongoing health evaluations. Coordinate care with clinicians to ensure a holistic treatment approach. Provide education to clients regarding medications, recovery, and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and treatment planning. Assist in facilitating or co-leading group sessions alongside clinicians (as needed)
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Required:
Active NPI Recommended/Preferred:
Active Ohio Medicaid Number Recommended/Preferred:
1-2 years of nursing experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting.
Recommended/Preferred:
Knowledge of MAT services is a plus.
Recommended/Preferred:

Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
