Certified Caregivers to ensure compassionate care and make a meaningful impact in residents' lives daily.
Duties:
Oversee ALL residents' care and monitor ALL services provided. Particispate in ensuring residents are receiving outstanding faciliity services. Manage

staff Audit medication carts Work in unity with the facility administrator Routinely update residents' IPSs Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history, using advanced EMR systems such as Point and Click Care (PCC). Supervise caregivers administering medications, provide injections as required, and manage pain medication protocols. Communicate effectively with hospital physicians, nurses, and administrators. Work with physicians and healthcare teams during evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Develop, implement, and educate caregivers, residents, MCOs, and family members on prescribed medications, proper wound care procedures, and daily care, tailored for geriatric care and residents aged 18 and older. Demonstrate confidence in managing behavioral health care environments. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Requirements Valid RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin. Proven experience working in diverse clinical environments such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and long-term care facilities like nursing homes and assisted living communities. Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Experience in hospice, palliative care, and working with dementia, developmental, and cognitive impairments. Excellent critical thinking skills. Work independently while collaborating effectively with the care staff team.

$37.64 - $45.33 per hour
