Job Overview:
As a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well-being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents. This position is 10 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) for a total of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a short-term rehab care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Participate in staff training and development activities.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin. Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
