36 Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills, the ability to manage complex patient conditions, and a collaborative approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses to treatment Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products Manage ventilated patients and respiratory support systems Perform central line and PICC line care Implement and monitor IV insulin protocols Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response/code teams Accurately document patient care in EMR systems Float to other units within scope of practice as needed Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation Ability to pass EKG/telemetry competency exam Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher Licensure & Certifications Active New York State RN License (Required at submission) BLS (AHA)
