What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll plan, coordinate, and evaluate care for medical-surgical patients while ensuring safe, compassionate, high-quality treatment from admission to discharge. You'll work closely with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans aligned with hospital policies and clinical standards. Deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial condition appropriately Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status or treatment response Collaborate closely with physicians, Nurse Managers, and interdisciplinary teams and communicate critical updates, diagnostic results, and patient concerns in real time Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes Support a safe, clean, and organized care environment Assist with unit needs, including supporting and guiding LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing staff Perform Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator functions as needed Uphold hospital policies, safety standards, and service excellence expectations What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled, dependable, and compassionate RN who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting a strong team culture.
