This hybrid outpatient RN role supports both IU Methodist and IU North clinics, working four 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays required. The position primarily focuses on triage nursing while also assisting with in-clinic allergy testing. The RN will rotate between the two clinic locations and play a key role in supporting a new and growing department. Candidates with prior triage or outpatient experience are strongly preferred.

Schedule:

(4) 10-hr shifts, Monday - Friday No weekends! No holidays! Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Exceptions:

Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction. Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse. We are an equal opportunity employer.
