Registered Nurse (RN) - Tribal Health Clinic Contract | Siletz & Lincoln City, OR Four Winds Staffing Siletz, OR 97380 (with travel to Lincoln City, OR 97367)

Five (5) 8-hour shifts per week (40 hrs/week) — Monday-Friday, day shift
Pay:
Competitive — based on experience (W-2 and 1099 options available) About the Opportunity Four Winds Staffing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support two tribal community health clinics operated by the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians on the beautiful Oregon coast. This is a clinic-based ambulatory care role — no nights, no weekends, no holidays . The selected RN will be based primarily at the Siletz Community Health Clinic and will travel to the Lincoln City (North Doctor Place) Clinic as scheduled. The two sites are approximately 22 miles / 30 minutes apart. A GSA vehicle is provided for inter-site travel during scheduled shifts. Schedule
  • 5 × 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
Full day shifts (clinic hours 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM window)
    Wednesday:
    Half-day clinical coverage (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM); morning is closed to public for admin/charting
    • No weekends, no nights, no on-call
    • Travel between Siletz and Lincoln City clinics as scheduled What You'll Do
    • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting
    • Room patients, take vitals, complete intake and triage assessments
    • Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments per provider order
    • Assist providers with procedures and exams
    • Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-ups (including PRC — Purchased/Referred Care workflows)
    • Perform phone triage for established patients during clinic hours
    • Complete accurate, timely EHR documentation
    • Support immunization and chronic disease management programs (e.g., diabetes)
    • Travel between Siletz and Lincoln City clinics as scheduled (GSA vehicle provided)
    • Work collaboratively with providers, MAs, behavioral health, pharmacy, and community health teams Requirements
    • Active Oregon RN license (or active multi-state compact license valid in Oregon)
    • BLS certification (current AHA — required at start or obtainable within 30 days)
    • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (outpatient/ambulatory, family practice, public health, or tribal/IHS experience a plus)
    • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and ability to operate a GSA vehicle for inter-site travel
    • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health clearances (TB, Hep B titer, etc.)
    • Strong EHR documentation skills
    • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
    • Cultural humility and ability to work respectfully in a tribal health setting
    • Indian Preference applies per CTSI Tribal Code (does not exclude non-Native candidates) Preferred
    • Prior experience in IHS, tribal, FQHC, or rural community health clinic
    • Familiarity with RPMS, NextGen, or similar EHR
    • Bilingual a plus What We Offer
