Registered Nurse (RN) CNA Program Instructor (Flexible, Part-Time)

About Us:

Elite Medical Training Academy is a post-secondary medical training school focused on preparing students for successful careers in healthcare. We are launching a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program and are looking for experienced, motivated Registered Nurses to help train the next generation of caregivers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to serve as instructors for our CNA program. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about mentoring, teaching, and sharing their real-world experience with students entering the healthcare field.

Responsibilities:

Teach CNA curriculum in both classroom and skills/lab settings Demonstrate proper patient care techniques and procedures Supervise and guide students during hands-on training Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Ensure compliance with state and program training requirements Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona) Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred 1 year teaching or training experience Strong communication and leadership skills Patient, professional, and approachable demeanor Passion for education and student success

Schedule:
