NEW Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department Opening - Night Shift A community-focused hospital in West Texas is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join its growing team. This full-time night shift opportunity is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assist physicians during examinations and emergency procedures
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing within RN scope of practice
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Associate degree in Nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
