Key Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) : Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients Administer medications and perform skilled treatments (e.g., medication fills) Perform patient assessments and provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Accurately document patient progress and report status changes Requirements of Registered Nurse (RN): Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts Comfortable with computers and strong documentation skills Previous RN experience in homecare or clinical settings Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license Ready to make a difference as a Registered Nurse (RN)?
