  • Per Diem Create your own schedule for extra income around your regular work schedule Ideal candidate can assist with PRN coverage throughout Southern Maryland including:
  • Charles County
  • Waldorf
  • La Plata
  • St. Mary's County
  • Leonardtown
  • California, MD
  • Lexington Park
  • Mechanicsville
  • Charlotte Hall Prefer candidates with at least some weekday availability.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home assessments and support clients across Southern Maryland. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible, supplemental income while making a meaningful impact in patient care and compliance. This position primarily supports required client assessments and care coordination in a home setting. Travel between clients is required. Why You'll Love This Role

  • Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Monitor patient condition and document findings accurately
  • Ensure compliance with state requirements and assessment timelines

  • Provide education to patients and families on care plans and conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the State of Maryland
  • Home care or home health experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between cases
