Marysville, PA Compensation:
$87,000
  • $146,000+ based on location, experience, and schedule.

Competitive compensation Weekday and Weekend options (depending on location) Supportive clinical leadership Home Health autonomy We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple Home Health opportunities across Oregon, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. As a Home Health RN, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands-on clinical support to help patients achieve their health goals in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status in their home environment Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and overall health maintenance Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to support positive outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and quality guidelines Qualifications Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing One (1) year experience as a RN Active RN license in the state of employment is required Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order Ability to travel to patient locations
