NEW Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Opening - Night Shift A respected community hospital in West Texas is seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Registered Nurse to join its night shift team. This full-time permanent opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative acute care environment.

• Night shift schedule: 6:30pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications and perform patient assessments and testing
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Triage patients as needed
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Associate degree in Nursing required
• BLS certification required
• Previous Med/Surg experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
