DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position oversees nursing services to support safe, organized, and compassionate care at the Selinsgrove Center. This role guides staff, monitors care practices, and supports compliance with health standards. As a part-time Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:

Care Oversight:

Ensure nursing services meet health standards and support resident well being

Staff Direction:

Guide and support nursing staff in daily care and treatment activities

Quality Monitoring:

Review care practices and identify areas needing improvement

Emergency Response:

Provide immediate care and leadership during urgent health situations

Policy Compliance:

Support adherence to facility procedures, regulations, and care guidelines

Team Coordination:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Part-time employment Work hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work every other weekend and have rotating days off during the week. Overtime as needed Free parking
