As the Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) , your skills and talents will be recognized and appreciated! As a Registered Nurse (RN) the expectations would be: Monitor and provide daily oversight of resident care in accordance with facility and state standards. Administers medication and/or treatment to residents Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party. Supervises and coordinates CNAs and LPNs in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, and Federal guidelines. Receive telephone orders from physicians, transcribe orders and record in the electronic health record and prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider. Educate residents and their loved ones to understand condition, medications and self-care skills. Promote continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Ensure nursing supply and equipment maintenance needs are met. The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:
Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Delaware or have aCOMPACT LICENSE CPR
