Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Triage Nurse supporting the Dumfries Ambulatory Care Clinic in Dumfries. This is your opportunity to provide meaningful care to Active Duty service members, retirees, and their families in a rewarding outpatient environment where patient care comes first. Why You'll Love This Opportunity Flexible schedule with 13-14 hour shifts Work only 3 days per week (6:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM) Only 1 Saturday per month (6:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM) No Sundays or on-call responsibilities 11 paid federal holidays + generous PTO Access to full benefits (medical, dental, 401k, etc) Collaborative outpatient setting focused on quality patient care Opportunity to serve those who serve our country Key Responsibilities Performing patient assessments through interviews and physical evaluations Reviewing medical histories and identifying symptom severity Monitoring and documenting vital signs Initiating emergency interventions when necessary Prioritizing patients based on acuity and clinical needs Communicating patient conditions effectively with providers and clinical staff Educating patients and families on care plans and treatment Coordinating patient flow and transport to appropriate treatment areas Qualifications Must be a U.
S. Citizen Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) school Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred within the last 5 years Strong computer proficiency including data entry, EMR systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
