• Continuous Care (Harrisburg, PA) We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to provide continuous care for a client in Harrisburg.

The RN or LPN will deliver high-quality, one-on-one care in a supportive home setting. RN and LPN candidates from Carlisle, Hershey, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply if willing to work in Harrisburg. Schedule Monday

• 8:00 AM The RN or LPN must be flexible and reliable to cover scheduled shifts Responsibilities The RN or LPN will provide wound care and monitor the healing process The RN or LPN will administer and manage medications according to the care plan The RN or LPN will monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient's condition The RN or LPN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including mobility and personal care The RN or LPN will maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments The RN or LPN will communicate with the care team and family members regarding patient status The RN or LPN will ensure all care is delivered safely and in accordance with the established care plan

Pay Rates LPN:
