Weekly Travel Package Shift Details Day Shift:
6:00 AM to 6:30
PM Night Shift:
6:00 PM to 6:30
AM Schedule:
3x12 Hour Shifts Every Other Weekend Required No Block Scheduling Orientation 40 Hours Non-Billable Position Overview A respected Critical Access Hospital in Seaside, Oregon is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment. The Respiratory Therapist will provide high-quality respiratory care across ICU, Emergency Department, Med/Surg, and swing bed units. This position requires strong critical care experience, ventilator management expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic treatments Manage and monitor ventilators including Draeger and Hamilton systems Respond to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations Administer respiratory medications and oxygen therapies Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Support trauma and emergency response services within the facility Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and treatments Function independently as the primary respiratory therapist during assigned shifts Required Qualifications Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist License Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential Minimum 3 Years of Respiratory Therapy Experience Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Current PALS Certification Current NRP Certification Strong Critical Care and Emergency Respiratory Care Experience Experience with Ventilator Management Required Preferred Qualifications Previous Travel Assignment Experience Preferred Experience in Rural or Critical Access Hospital Settings ICU and Emergency Department Experience Strong Communication and Independent Decision-Making Skills For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
