Description:

An individual who provides direct patient care utilizing respiratory techniques, policies, procedures, protocols to ensure quality and appropriate care for all ages in Baptist Health and effectively communicate with all team members. Understands and has knowledge of respiratory medications effects and side effects. Estimated pay range for this position is $31.20 - $40.56 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Degrees:

High School, Certificate of completion ,GED, Training, Experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Basic Life Support. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Certified Respiratory Therapist.

Additional Qualifications:

Active Certified Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida and current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/ CPR Card.

ACLS, PALS

Minimum Required Experience:

No Experience Required •Sign On Bonus Eligibility for New Grad Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT): To qualify, candidate must have a less than 1 year of RRT/CRT work experience. For New Grad RRT/CRT, Sign On Bonus for Full Time RRT/CRT positions is $15,000 and for Part Time RRT/CRT positions is $7500. New hires must begin their Full Time or Part Time employment between the bonus eligibility period of November 30, 2025 through May 31, 2026.
