Registration Clerk - Evenings & Weekends

Registration Clerk - Evenings & Weekends Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dependable team member to join our Registration Department with evening and weekend availability. This Regular Relief position is typically scheduled for fewer than 20 hours per week and offers a flexible part-time schedule. Shifts include one or two evenings during the week, approximately 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., along with every other weekend on either the 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift or the 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift. Starting pay is at least $15.43 per hour, dependent upon experience, plus a shift differential for evening hours worked. Regular Relief employees accrue paid time off and receive a free Wellness Center membership.

Job Duties:

Greet patients Register their information into the computer system Collect, scan, and enter insurance information Other duties as assigned

Exemplary customer service skills Basic office skills Good communication and people skills Detail orientated with extreme accuracy Need to be organized and be able to multitask Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required Post offer physical, drug screen, and background check are required.
