Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and customer satisfaction Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols Manage labor and food costs through effective scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales Recruit, hire, and develop team members, creating a pipeline for internal growth and leadership development Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support the team and engage with guests

Qualifications:
