Repossession Agent

Salary:

$75 per car + mileage, as applicable + other bonuses Responsibilities Recover vehicles located by you and our team Safely operate wrecker during the recovery of our client's assets Provide detailed updates to our customers about your progress on the recovery of their vehicle(s) Make contact via door knock, phone or text to resolve outstanding recoveries. Leverage LPR systems to scan and increase recovery rates Collaborate with team members effectively Manage conflicts with professionalism and respect Requirements Minimum 2 year repossession experience. Must be 23 years of age with valid drivers license. (No SR-22 and/or major violations within 5 years) Must have smartphone and be capable of using several industry specific apps, take photos, screenshots and post to our internal media platform Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
