Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Communication

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
• Provide detailed information about guest rooms, resort amenities, dining options, golf offerings, spa services, and special events
• Personalize each interaction by identifying guest needs and recommending appropriate accommodation and packages
• Ensure all guest preferences, special requests, and notes are accurately recorded Reservations & Booking Management
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations using the property management system
• Accurately input guest details, payment information, room types, and applicable rates or packages
• Verify availability and ensure proper rate codes, promotions, and packages are applied
• Process reservations from multiple channels, including direct bookings, group blocks, travel agents, and third-party platforms
• Handle deposits and billing in accordance with resort policies Resort Packages
• Actively promote and upselling rooms, golf packages, seasonal promotions, and special event offerings
• Assist guests with booking resort experiences, including tee times, dining reservations, and event tickets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, golf availability, weddings, corporate events, and seasonal programming Administrative & Operational Support
• Review daily arrivals, departures, and rooming lists for accuracy
• Maintain organized and accurate reservation records within the system
• Document guest interactions and important details to ensure a seamless on-property experience
• Keep the reservations workspace clean, organized, and professional Team Collaboration
• Support Front Desk operations during high-volume periods as needed
• Communicate any special requests, VIP arrivals, or unusual situations to management promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned
