Service Technician

Job Summary Inspect and treat homes and commercial properties on a daily basis. Great entry level/apprentice position to start a great long term career . This is a field position to cover Baltimore Metro and near by counties , driving from customer location to location using company vehicles, Local applicants familiar with Baltimore Metro preferred. Responsibilities and Duties Inspect/treat residential-commercial properties in a friendly and professional manner. Informing customers of services and recommendations. Keep materials, company vehicle and tools in working order. 7am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday average work days Multitask , fast pace environment, hands on approach.

Qualifications:

Familiar with the Baltimore Metro area and near by counties. Professional and friendly work ethic. Stable work history, 2 years at prior employers preferred 2 years of driving experience min. no accidents past 3 years. MD drivers Lic. No points Good time management. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Use hand tools, drills, flashlights, digital tablets, etc. Pass drug test and pass background check.
