Hiring Department Residential Life Job Description Manage operations for a residential complex of 300-425 students Supervise and train a staff of 10-13 Resident Assistants and one Head Resident Support the residential curriculum by participating in the development and execution of educational plans Support student retention through academic and personal support programs and direct outreach Participate in after-hour crisis response and assigned on-call duty rotation for campus housing Advise hall government and provide training and resources to support student leadership The anticipated start date is flexible but must fall between 6/1/2026 & 6/29/2026. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field Prior Live-in Residential Life staff member OR Bachelor's degree or higher Three years of related experience Anticipated Hiring Range The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $53,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
