This is a leadership-level position working closely with the RN and Executive Director to ensure care quality, compliance, and staff accountability. We are looking for someone confident, organized, flexible, and experienced in assisted living environments. Required Qualifications Active Washington CNA or HCA certification Med Tech experience Nurse Delegation, and Nurse delegation with special focus in diabetes required. Minimum 1-2 years assisted living experience required Strong understanding of care plans, delegation, and documentation standards Ability to lead and hold caregivers accountable Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Flexible schedule and availability to assist with shift coverage as needed Key Responsibilities Assist with resident assessments and care plan updates Support nurse delegation processes Monitor caregiver documentation and compliance Provide leadership and oversight to care staff Assist with move-ins and care transitions Participate in on-call as needed Assist with staffing support and shift coverage when needed Ensure medication administration standards are upheld Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and process-driven Confident in redirecting staff when needed Comfortable with accountability conversations Professional and solution-focused Flexible and team-oriented Ready to grow within a leadership role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assisted living professional ready to step into a coordination and leadership position within a supportive environment.
