Residential Carpenter

Carpenter - Residential & Post-Frame Construction Mill Creek Construction | Raymond, WA (Pacific County) Mill Creek Construction established in 1996 is a construction company specializing in pole buildings, agricultural buildings, garages, shops, steel buildings, and custom homes . We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter who can both build at a high level of craftsmanship and lead a crew with confidence and professionalism . We use a skill-based compensation structure with formal reviews every six months. Highly skilled lead carpenters can earn $45+hour .

Carpenter Responsibilities Hands-on carpentry including:

Experience in operating a variety of equipment including forklift, scissor lift, excavator, and a variety of power equipment Concrete form work of all types Concrete flat work. Prep, pour and finish all styles. Framing, siding, windows & doors Decks, carports, patio covers Roofing (comp and metal) Flooring and interior millwork Ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized job site and trailers Required Qualifications 5+ years of construction/carpentry experience Strong background in new construction Reliable transportation Valid driver's license & clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs Personal tool belt with hand tools (power, air tools, and equipment provided) Professional, presentable appearance Dependable, punctual, and organized Must pass background and drug screening Ideal Candidate Traits Self-starter with excellent problem-solving ability Clear, respectful communicator Detail-oriented with high standards for quality Takes ownership of projects Team-focused and leads by example Teachable mindset with a desire to keep improving What We Offer Year-round, full-time work Monday-Thursday schedule (four 10-hour days) Competitive, skill-based pay with growth potential PTO Tools provided On-the-job training and leadership advancement A highly respected owner known for quality craftsmanship and humble, patient leadership How to Apply Email your resume and cover letter to info@millcreekconstructiongroup.com Please include a brief overview of your leadership experience and the types of projects you've led.
