Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in both residential, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings. Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, such as carpet cleaning and window washing. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to [weight] pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
