Hourly Pay During Training:

$15.00/hr

Hourly Pay Once Certified:

What You'll Do:

Provide detailed residential and occasional commercial cleanings. Follow cleaning checklists, protocols, and safety procedures. Work independently AND support your team. Represent our brand with a smile—you'll be the face our clients trust! We're Looking for

People Who:

Are reliable, positive, and take pride in their work Have a valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and working cell phone Can lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and move all day Can work independently and also be a strong team player Are coachable, accountable, and strive to improve every day

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm Optional nights/weekends Travel required across Marion, Mahaska, Wapello, Monroe, and Poweshiek Counties Paid drive time: $8.00/hr

Pay & Perks:
